Break the monster problem up into baby problems and just take the first step.

The worst mistake is pursuing what you think is success your whole life only to realize it's not what you truly wanted.

The most dangerous failure is fleeting success.

To flourish in life you need to address your mental, social, emotional, and physical needs. This plan addresses all four.

1. Mindset
Your mindset is your set of beliefs about yourself and the world. It influences how you think, feel, and act.

To change your mindset:
• pursue growth
• improve self-talk
• practice gratitude
• build healthy habits

Change your mindset, change your life.

2. Meaningful Pursuits & Meaningful Connection 
You need a calling and a community.

Without these, you can’t thrive.
With them, you'll come alive

Two primary causes of depression:
• lack of purpose
• lack of connection

Go find a cause to commit to and a clan to connect with.

3. Sleep, Exercise, & Nutrition
These are the three keystone pillars of health. They will create a ripple effect throughout your life (good or bad).

Do you want energy, clarity, and longevity or fatigue, depression, and disease?

You have to get these three right to flourish.

Summary
